END OF WORLD EXPERIENCE
Financial Crisis 2008-?, Michael Jackson’s DEATH, Wars in Iraq & Afghanistan, CHANGE AND HOPE we believed in and may never see!!!!!!
These events are creating more reason for people to believe that the world is ending and that there isn’t much for people to do anything about it. Lets hope for things to get better at least in the long haul Our hearts and prayers go out to all those men and women serving in the military of our country and any country fighting for a cause that they believe to be true but is not even a cinch in the understanding of their respective countrie’s imperilaistic means. Lets hope and pray that our 101’s look like 303’s next year and 404’s in 3-5 years. Let there be THRILLER in our hearts and minds when we know of something that may be a part of us from someone so Great! And lets hope and pray that the change and believe in propaganda was less of a front to reshaping old policies into new policies just in order to move an agenda that was written years in the making to balance the power of control we believe our country has influence to do!!

The Dark Side…easier to see and easier to tumble in is an easier task. Some of us creep in here at least once in our lives and some of us fall into it several times during a course of a lifetime. That soup. That melting soup of the short sighted, imperceptive, headlong and even improvident. Its sometimes even a blessing in disguise. You need to see the depths of Hell in order to reach the heights of Heaven!!! How can someone Ascend to the mountain if they don’t bother to fail several times??? Over and over and over again. If they just ascend the mountain and complete it without the challenges and complexities of the cliffs…how will they revel it??? It would then be nothing more than a cookie cutter. It would then be part of the standard that lacked the character of its uniquesness. Thats the change I believe in AH AH AH
73 commentsAscending the Mountain: Getting Only the Best Out of Our Lives
How many of us are afraid to inspire positive change in our lives because of the relative comfort level of where we currently lay?
Do you hate your job? Do you hate your physique? Are you in a damaging relationship? Is there one habit you have been dying to break, or a curiosity you have been longing to explore?
Famous football coach Joe Paterno once said, “You only get better or worse. You never stay the same.” If anything, that serves as a constant reminder that we have a powerful level of accountablility over where we are in life and we were are going as individuals. Why just do ‘okay’ when you can do great?
The clock is ticking. Be urgent.
75 commentsPut Down That Chalupa… It’s Time to Get Serious
How many fabulous diets have been ruined by a sweet tooth? Do you find yourself on the weekend in front of your television with potato chips all over your chest watching some horrible re-run?
It’s time to get serious about your diet. While exercising is extremely important, the calories you burn are ultimately a balancing act with what you consume. Too many people starve themselves by not eating anything, then realize they are so hungry they completely gorge themselves and choose bad foods. Wrong.
Eat small, wholesome meals, and eat regularly! It takes discipline, but you will see the end result in the mirror. Because in the end, the best diet comes down to two words.
Eat less.

PETALS OF THE SAME FLOWER
WHAT DO EDISON, RUTGERS, PARSIPPANY, JERSEY CITY, QUEENS ALL HAVE IN COMMON?? INDIANS AND MORE INDIANS….WE ARE ALL PETALS OF THE SAME FLOWER. WE NEED TO DISTRIBUTE AND GO BEYOND THE JUICES OF OUR CORE. WE NEED THAT CHARISMATIC BEE WITH THE REAL HONEY TO COME GRAB US AND SHOW US WHAT ELSE IS OUT THERE. WE NEED HOPE AND REDISTRIBUTION SO THAT EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PLAYING FIELD. OUR STRENGTHS LIE WITHIN US. WE NEED TO LOOK INSIDE OUR SOULS AND SEE THAT THERE IS A YING AND YANG. HOW WILL WE SHOW THE WORLD OUR GREATNESS THEN? WE NEED TO MAKE A RECIPE!! WE FIRST NEED A PEP RALLY. THEN WE NEED THE LIKES OF LAKSHMI PATEL AND TULSI TANTI TO GIVE US A PAT IN THE BACK. THEY WILL THEN TELL US HOW THEIR STEEL AND WIND POWER CAN GO AND BUILD OUR ROADS THROUGH AN EFFECTIVE STIMULUS PLAN TO HELP YOU THE PEOPLE!!! WHO ARE THE PEOPLE??? WE NEED YOU WE NEED YOU—> THE JERSEY CITY AND RUTGERS GROUP TO SAY HOLLLA!!! AFTER ENOUGH CONVINCTION, EVERYONE WILL LOVE OUR CAUSE. WE CAN THEN MAKE PROMISES AND ONLY HOPE FOR THE BEST AND THAT CAN TAKE YOU FULL SPEED AHEAD!!! WHEN THE PETALS GET PREPARED FOR SUMMER….LET THERE BE HOPE AND WE WILL DEVULGE INTO OUR OWN SENSE OF CONVINCTION THAT WHAT WE DID HAD A PURPOSE WITH A GREAT CAUSE AND NO SUBSTANCE EXCEPT HOPE FOR THE PEOPLE
922 commentsUrban Dwelling Versus Country Living? Hmm…
So what is better? Wide open spaces, friendly and slow talking locals, and last call at 1:30am? Or high rises and bright lights, fast moving sidewalks, and partying through dawn.
Some people are born with a disposition towards one and are happy. Others dream to leave one for the other. Others don’t understand what they have been missing until they are immersed in the other. And some see the other side and remain comfortable where they are.
As a New Yorker who has lived eleswhere, I don’t think anyone has the means to grasp the vastness of the city in both size and diversity of people until he/she comes here for an extended visit. It is truly a land of unlimited possiblity, for both career and pleasure.
But for some, the downside remains large. What can buy a New Yorker a shoebox apartment for $1800/month can buy a relative palace for someone living down south.
Also, some people find the city to be exhausting. The drive and veracity that gives New Yorkers energy also takes away energy from some of our visitors.
Each has it’s benefits, and certainly someone might modify his/his preference as they go through life’s stages and think about having a family or relocating for better job opportunity.
At the very least, it’s certainly nice in this country to have a choice between the two.

The Art of Humor: Palin, Letterman, and a Little More
Nothing makes me more happy than a damn good joke. The news of the past couple days has featured Sarah Palin taking offense to David Letterman’s comment about her and another about her daughter.
I have no problem with Letterman taking a shot at Palin, but joking that Palin’s daughter was knocked up by A-Rod in the 7th inning was the one that caused the most controversy. Many, like me, who have a dark, roughshod sense of humor certainly find it funny. And I do think Letterman was referring to her older daughter who had a teenage pregnancy, not her younger daughter as Palin has accused.
Because there is nothing like hearing a good joke. Seriously! Hail to those who are witty and possess a comedic delivery well enough to make us laugh. But it does take one on the receiving end to oblige and not get all huffy and puffy.
It’s just a joke.

“You’re Not Blowing the Right Way”
Our night of sushi followed by a couple Midtown bars came to an end as we got into our car and headed home. But we decided to make one more stop at the 53rd and 6th Halal Cart.
As I made a left onto 53rd, I was asked by a couple of New York’s Finest to pull to the side. Only having a couple of glasses of wine a few hours earlier, I wasn’t too worried. I was given the Breathalizer, and after a couple attempts, they could not get a reading. Apparently, I wasn’t blowing long enough.
Finally it worked, and the three courteous officers peered into the device for the result. “Have a good night,” said one of them, as they walked away.
Relieved, we got our famous chicken and rice from 53 and 6th and relaxed a bit before taking off. That white sauce over the chicken tasted even better that night.
7,841 commentsCONTINUED: Day 2 of FLUSH
SO I was actually supposed to finish all 4 pouches of this flush in one day!!! Very hard to do…I ended up cheating and splitting it up in 2 days @ 2 pouches a day. I went to the bathroom at least 10-15 times in the past two days. Apparently, there’s something in the magnesium that’s really getting me to unload. So do I feel better? Do I feel flushed? Does my soul feel flushed? Does the toilet flush……yes!!! I’m still going to the bathroom and flushing! It works in that I do feel better and possibly some toxins have come out of my body…in little small black pieces….thousands at a time! My office bathroom stinks, my home bathroom stinks, my gym bathroom stinks and my soul is possibly cleaner and detoxified!!!! I think today is a new day…I’ll start trying to be healthier and be a better person. I want to be a part of what I eat. If I eat trash, I’ll be trash. If I eat herbs, I’ll be herbal! If I drink piss, I’ll be pissed away. Now I want agua (water), I want to cleanse my soul!!! I want to hydrate myself with all the good stuff. I want to swim in the goodness of myself. I cherish FLUSH! I definitely would do FLUSH at least once a year!! I think it does something psychologically to you as well. It flushes away all the good things and the bad things too. Its a new beginning…ITS FLUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
96 commentsFLUSH OR BE FLUSHED
I just tried a pouch of this product called FLUSH 24. Its supposedly a 24 hour internal cleansing & detoxification program. It comes in a green box with 4 pouches thats meant to be used within a 24 hour period as if your trying to take every drug and toxin within your body completely out. You can find this product in GNC and many health food stores. According to the description, it says that it “helps to cleanse the body of toxins, heavy metals and other pollutants in order to help maintain optimal health.” I just mixed a pouch of FLUSH in some water and now I’m really starting to feel flushed. To be honest with you, I don’t know if it’s flushing my toxins out or cleaning out my soul! This is some strong stuff. My stomach went from GRRRrrrR to HEEERRRAAAA HHH to cccuuuuyyyyRRRRRAAAAGGG to MMMMEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOwwww. Thats REAL DETOX! Apparently this big boy comes in powder and is filled with extracts that come from magnesium, angelica root, spinach leaves, chickpea, oat seed, carrot root, sweet potato flaxseed, aloe vera powder and shiitake mushroom and other very healthy stuff
With all these healthy extracts in there you must wonder what is it doing for you exactly? For one thing, its making me visually see why we grew up eating some of this stuff. Why our mommies told us to eat our spinach and carrots. Was it to clean our soul or flush our foods on the insides?? The foods apparently have special energies that help us function at better optimal health. So lets flush to be flushed! And eat up what we know we should be eating so we’re always flushed! Just as we flush our toilets, we must also flush our insides!! Skip the Vodka tonic and have some Spinach extract!!!!! FLUSH!!!!!!
