I’m proud to be part of this decline

September 08th, 2010 | Category: Features

I have seen America when it was at the top of its game with vanity, sex and money. I’ve seen friends drop $20k in one night over a table to get some Grey goose. I’ve seen myself traveling the world enjoying the worth of the dollar. I’m so happy its downhill now. Its great that things are gradually getting worse like a needle in your ass before yous it on it.  Eventually the needle will come out and blood will pour like money.  Eventually band-aids like bailouts will be needed. Eventually it’ll bruise and you can sit on thicker needles. Its nice knowing that things will still be getting worse.

Northern Virginia vs. North Jersey

September 06th, 2010 | Category: Features

As I returned from a weekend in northern Virginia, I realized it’s not that bad of place to be.

Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, etc) has many similarities to north Jersey, as both are in close proximity to major urban areas.  Both are relatively affluent, as well as diverse.

Once you get even a little further out from DC, things become more spread out and ‘green’ in comparison to north Jersey suburbs.  Buildings and shopping centers look newer and more clean.

However, north Jersey is a lot faster paced.  More is happening here.  It’s a lot less yuppie than Northern Virginia.  As what is assuredly a reflection of our closeness to NYC, there is a certain grit and passion to north Jersey that cannot be found in Northern Va.

Will I be saved

September 02nd, 2010 | Category: Features

I had a tremendous leg workout last night. I know it because I feel it now. I’m starting to feel it go away. I had an egg white turkey wrap. But with an immense amount of cayenne peppers. I felt it awakened my senses and relieved me of my soreness. I must have put 15 packets of cayenne onto my egg white turkey wrap. The sensual spice does more than just improve alertness. It alerts the muscles to recharge. Now I can walk 50 miles per hour and start my leg workout all over again

LIFE’S INAUDIBLE VOICES

August 23rd, 2010 | Category: Features

Have you ever felt like an inanimate object was speaking to you?  Like the Oreos in the vending machine or a sweaty butt at the gym?

Hidden messages surround us, and some of us are more adept at picking them up than others.  Sometimes the meaning is not at the surface, but rather deep within and almost out of sight.

There is a purpose in everything.  It may not always be logical, and the method might be maddening.  But it sure does make for a great story.

Were Holy Books created by Man to influence the masses

August 22nd, 2010 | Category: Features

Books have been said to control and influence people through mind control.  Books that have been here throughout the centuries have caused wars and societies.  They’ve created family codes, ethics and laws. Who actually wrote these self proclaimed holy books? People. They got in print. But they’ve changed word and meaning over the years. Who’s to say that some things weren’t mentioned in there for the sole purpose of the select few to know that the general public would gain from. Or by saying certain things in there that may enhance the economy of the society through tested times. Wouldn’t the upper class or select few keep secret of things that may help themselves and thus command us with rules that benefit them. Selfish acts were created by the best of them and now wonder selfless themes are proposed in these great scriptures. Maybe if everyone worth more than a few cents help themselves they’d know some truths.

Its good to wake up in the morning and see the grass

August 15th, 2010 | Category: Features

Pursuit of happiness is what its all about. How do you get there? Wake up in the morning and smell the grass.  It all starts with attitude and investing your time in worthwhile places. It begins with a RA-RA attitude demanding more from life and a commitment to reaching your goals. The grass will always be there and the sun will always come out. The rest of the day has to be shaped by what you want.

The White Devil is fighting for a Cause

August 09th, 2010 | Category: Features

Everyone needs to have a purpose in life.  They say that there’s 3 kinds of people that exist. The runners, the committers and the spectators.  Most people are spectatators and just sit back and don’t do anything. The committers found something or someone their passionate to and stick by it and usually do through thick and thin. The runners are the most interesting. They get from one place to the other and do transactions.  The White Devil is a runner. The White Saint is a committer-spectator-runner. The White Devil never went to college and probably would fail sociology considering he can’t even spell it. The White Saint went to college and couldn’t even make half the money of a White Devil.  The White Devil probably can get a woman longer than the White Saint but the White Saint can get some weight hoisted with dumbells longer than the White Devil. Both are fighting for very different causes. Some might even call both of them greats and others would simply call them trashy. But you can only get to know how trashy or great the other one is when you truly get to know the other. The underlying causes aren’t always in black and white.  Sometimes their in red blue green. What if God was one of us?

Its tough without Muscle Milk

August 07th, 2010 | Category: Features

Wheat prices have gone up because Russia has had a drought.  NJ Transit buses will go up because of Christie. And Muscle Milk ie becoming ever more a commodity. I feel like muscles are starting to shrivel without the sweet casein.  I feel like there’s no boost to my anabolic growth without this supplement.  Is that a good thing or bad thing? Isn’t dairy not good for you anyway in the long term? Who knows? But isn’t protein essential to the growth of muscles- yes!

Why the coffee doesn’t work anymore

August 06th, 2010 | Category: Features

I’ve had coffee for years. Its almost like a daily requirement to me like my multivitamin and muscle milk.  However, I’ve been feeling like the coffee hasn’t been working as effectively the past few days. I’ve been drinking the same amount of coffee I normally do and been getting lots of rest.  However, I’ve been needing additional boosts to wake me up. I think I may need an alterior lifestyle again in order to make the caffeine more effective. The Starbucks does at times have its limits. Maybe I need the vampires that exist underground to give me the feedback to my underlying issues. I need the coffee to be effective so I can feel human
